Our customer service and technical support representatives are all based at our Huntingdon Valley, PA corporate headquarters, and have been thoroughly trained on all aspects of Alpha Card products. Most customer service issues can be corrected quickly through a combination of phone and email support.
Zero Hold Time Policy
Alpha Card Services also guarantees an industry first Zero Hold time policy. You never will be entered into a phone queue for your support issues. Our multilingual, U.S. based customer service and technical support departments are always here to assist you.
Alpha Card merchants can expect monthly calls to ensure that your statement is accurate and complete. Additionally, after your product is installed and configured, our quality assurance team will reach out to you and make certain that everything is operating as promised. You can also expect to receive quarterly phone calls to ensure your Alpha Card experience is going as planned.
Same Day Application Approval
Additionally we pledge a same day application approval for all new merchants. Alpha Card Services has implemented an extended hours Underwriting Department. If a completed merchant application is submitted to our Underwriting Department by 3:00 p.m. PST, it will be approved the same day. This recent change expands the current deadline by 4 hours! This expanded Underwriting schedule is designed to further support our merchants nationwide in obtaining same day account approval. We understand the reality that merchant business does not end at 5:00 p.m. EST.
