Marisa Murphy is the Director of Merchant Support of Alpha Card Services. Murphy, 34, oversees the Customer Service and Technical Support departments of the Huntingdon Valley based business solutions provider that processes over 2 billion dollars in payment transactions annually. With recognition in the last six consecutive years in Inc. Magazine’s “Inc. 500 I 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies” and the Annual Philadelphia 100, Alpha Card is fast becoming one of the largest Independent Sales Organizations in the Credit Card Processing Industry. Marisa joined Alpha Card Services in 2005 as a technical support representative. In 2009, she was promoted to technical support manager and in March 2011 elevated to the Director of Merchant Support position. Ms. Murphy is also responsible for overseeing the shipping department and encryption process for the company. Prior to joining Alpha Card Services, Ms. Murphy worked extensively in the Criminal Justice field. A native of Philadelphia, Ms. Murphy attended Atlantic Cape Community College. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her daughter and is very involved in cheerleading competitions. |
